Do I need to be fit to join?
Nope. Every session scales, whether you're at day one or year ten.
What if I have an injury?
We'll ask about your injury history during onboarding. If we need more detail, we'll cover it in your first session or give you a quick call to talk through your options.
Can I come alone?
Most people do. You'll know names by session two, and your Kickstarter includes a friend, free.
How do I bring a friend for free on my intro offer?
Once you've signed up, paid, and completed your welcome onboarding, you'll get a coupon code. Your friend can use that code to get the same intro offer for 100% off.
What happens after my Kickstarter?
A simple, no-pressure walkthrough of ongoing membership. No lock-in contracts, ever.
Do I need to book every session?
Yes: sessions are capped at 12, so booking holds your spot and keeps the group small.
What should I bring on day one?
Just a water bottle, comfortable workout gear, closed shoes, and a towel. We'll handle the rest.
Is there parking on-site?
Yes, free parking right outside our Osborne Park facility.
Can I freeze or cancel my membership?
Yes: no lock-in contracts. Pause or cancel any time, no penalties. Cancellations require 28 days' notice.
