Let’s break down what a session with us looks like.

– We kick things off with a 10-minute warm-up,

– Pivot into a solid 30 minutes where we build strength and muscle (that’s the hypertrophy part),

– And top it off with 10 minutes of heart-pumping conditioning.

Now, here’s where it gets interesting. Every 12 weeks, we hit the pause button and dive into a testing week.

It’s not about pressure; it’s a friendly check-in with ourselves, setting our benchmarks and genuinely seeing how far we’ve come. And with these insights, the next 12-week cycle is all about smashing those benchmarks, together.

And while we’re all in it together, your workout is sculpted just for you.
