Hands down, best choice I’ve made training at HSC. The workouts are brutally fun, the fellow members are inspiring, the workouts are led by personal trainers who genuinely care and give hands on instant feedback and adjustments during the workouts and just the right amount of encouragement. The timetable structure is convenience at its finest, the music is blaring, and the atmosphere is awesome. It’s a life changing gym experience and I recommend everyone get around it!!!

Getting some mobility and conditioning into my strength training has been a game changer. Classes are long enough to be proper tired and hit all muscle groups. Weekly emailed advice around lifestyle measures and healthy living philosophy is a bonus. There are regular events held with a lovely group of people. Hats off to the HSC crew!

By far the best gym I’ve ever been a part of. The workouts are tough and the trainers push you every session. All it takes is roughly 40mins and you’re guaranteed to be sweating, laughing and growing stronger. Can’t see myself training anywhere else!
