Your HSC Journey

Why did you start training at Habitual Strength & Conditioning?

– It had a timetable that suited my schedule (early classes), local, good vibes when I met with Jake the first time, it isn’t a big box gym so it was never an overwhelming experience.

What have you achieved since joining? (This can be strength goals, fitness milestones, mindset shifts, or personal wins.)

– I now have a good routine established, look forward to going to the gym, gains in strength, gym friends!

What’s one piece of advice you would give to someone just starting out at HSC/their fitness journey?

– Don’t be nervous, it’s such a welcoming environment and everyone is pushed but only within their abilities, coaches are so good at modifying where needed but inspiring you to push. It’s the least intimidating gym I’ve ever been to.
