Why did you start training at Habitual Strength & Conditioning?
– I started training at HSC a few months after having shoulder surgery. I had been doing some rehab and training on my own but I was needing a push to get further with my strength and conditioning.
What have you achieved since joining? (This can be strength goals, fitness milestones, mindset shifts, or personal wins.)
– Since joining I’ve been able to do multiple pull ups (which I never thought possible) and achieved lots of other strength and fitness PBs.
What’s one piece of advice you would give to someone just starting out at HSC/their fitness journey?
– You’ll always feel better after a good workout.
